AdVantage combines Media Focus’ advertising pressure data with the brand perception KPIs of YouGov Switzerland’s Swiss Brand Observer for the first time – all clearly presented in an interactive dashboard. This transforms previously separate data silos into holistic insights that enable informed, faster, and better decisions.

Advertisers invest considerable budgets in campaigns – but often there is no direct link between advertising pressure and brand perception. Data is stored in separate systems, evaluations are time-consuming, and this makes it difficult to make quick, informed decisions. This is exactly where AdVantage comes in: it closes the gap between media investments and brand impact and reveals connections that were previously hidden.

Media Focus’ advertising pressure statistics cover advertising presence data for all products advertised on the Swiss advertising market over the last 10 years across traditional (TV, print, radio, OoH, and cinema) and digital channels (display, search, YouTube).

The following advertising pressure data is available for your brand sample in AdVantage:

  • When (year, month, calendar week)
  • Where (media group, advertising medium)
  • Which motif/subjects were used in the advertising.

YouGov‘s Swiss Brand Observer (SBO) is Switzerland’s largest continuous brand tracking program. With over 13,000 interviews per brand per year and 28 relevant KPIs, it is representative of the Swiss population (aged 15–79) and continuously measures (on a weekly basis) the perception of 225 brands in nine segments.
